Shipping & Return Policy

OUR POLICY

All items returned must be shipped with a label provided by us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

If you want to return an item, you must contact us and ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your order will either contain a return label and if not, we will send you one.
Returned items must be in unused, unworn, unstained, undamaged condition and must be accompanied by the original packaging such as gift box, dust bag etc.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products such as Gift cards, health and personal care items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  2. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item, please let us know.We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email – shop@kobikoachman.com

CANCELLATIONS

We cannot guarantee cancellations and encourage you to check and double check your order prior to submitting it. Cancellation requests received within one hour of submitting an order Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. WAT will be handled on a case by case basis. Cancellation requests placed after an order has shipped will not be honored. In the event your item has been shipped and you request a cancellation, please follow the return guidance above to exchange or be issued a store credit.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to our address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping any item to us, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FLAWED GOODS

Goods are considered flawed if they are received in damaged condition and you inform us about the flaw within 3days of receiving the shipment.
If you would like to exchange a flawed item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display our colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that other computer monitors will display colors accurately.
