DO I HAVE TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER FROM YOU?

It is strongly recommended to register an account with us. Enjoy the following benefits through your KOBI KOACHMAN account:

HOW CAN I SHOP AT THE KOBI KOACHMAN Shop?

Shopping at the KOBI KOACHMAN Shop is simple:

  • If you know what you are looking for, you can navigate through the shop through the category menu bar or use the search bar
  • Once you’ve located your item, select your size & click ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’.
  • Review your items by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link at the top right of each page. From there, you can add products to your WISH LIST to save them for a later date or delete items by clicking ‘REMOVE FROM BAG’.
  • Simply, click ‘SHOP NOW’ to complete your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES KOBI KOACHMAN ACCEPT?

We accept major Debit Cards on our platform such as:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard

This option is available via Rave by Flutterwave, a CBN approved payment platform which is totally secure with data encryption, SSL certificates, 24/7 monitoring and other security features to keep you totally covered. We ask your bank for authorization of your debit/credit card when you place an order with us. Your card will be charged immediately after successful authorization by your bank and you will receive an email from us to confirm which items are being sent and the exact amount charged to your card.

Pay on Delivery (POD) – We also offer payment on delivery only in Lagos, Nigeria for now. We also accept Bank Transfer Option across Nigeria, bank transfer payment options, should be made within 24hours of order placement to prevent order cancellation. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the funds.

 

All our payments from customers outside Nigeria are processed via PayPal, the world’s largest online payment company.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT KOBI KOACHMAN Shop?

At KOBI KOACHMAN, your security is our priority. Our online payment gateway shields your card details, so they are protected at all times. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will only ship to registered addresses used during checkout.

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES KOBI KOACHMAN SHOP SHIP TO?

Generally, we ship globally with a few exceptions. If you have problems during the checkout process let us know and we will do our best to help.

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

All prices displayed exclude taxes and duties. If applicable, sales tax and customs duty are displayed on the Order Summary page before you place an order.

For shipments within the Nigeria, sales tax will only be charged on shipments in Lagos state. All local / state taxes and/or use tax are the customer’s responsibility.

Outside the Nigeria, we ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which means that taxes and duties will not be included in your final purchase price.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Upon checkout, you are presented with all your options in terms of ground, expedited and overnight shipping. All items are currently shipped from Lagos, Nigeria.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we require a signature upon delivery.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE I PLACED AN ORDER?

No. Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders to a different address once the order is placed. Therefore, please make sure you provide the correct shipping.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

No, we cannot combine orders or add items to an existing order.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with order details & a tracking number. If you are registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment in My Account.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

In order to return an item, make sure you request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send us your unused and undamaged items back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached including all gift boxes. Furthermore, to ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back to us in the original packaging provided.

MY RETURN HAS BEEN COLLECTED FOR A WHILE, BUT STILL NO NEWS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We apologize for this. Please contact us using the form provided.

DO I GET A FULL REFUND FOR MY RETURNED MERCHANDISE?

All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card, bank account or your KOBI KOACHMAN account, and will exclude shipping costs.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly, though we cannot guarantee that.

Please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE WITH YOU?

Please rest assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential. At no point will we rent, sell or abuse your data.

To register at KOBI KOACHMANShop, we need you to provide your full name, shipping address, phone number and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address and telephone number.
